Woooff
everyone…….
I know I know
it’s been a few weeks since my last chat but all I can say is it’s all Olga’s
fault!
She has been
driving me mad, her constant whining and pawing at me wanting to play and then
crying when I’m a bit rough!
Honestly I
can never win, she always runs off to Mum as well and then I have to explain why
she’s lying!
Olga has a
new annoying ‘game’ which is called “Let’s not leave Louis alone!” It goes
something like this – Louis finds a spot of sunshine and lies in it, enjoying
the warmth and peace – Olga decides she’s bored and starts pawing and
scratching me. I don’t like this game one little bit.
Anyway, what
have we been doing over the past few weeks, well….
My field has
a new pest, no it’s not the furries, or the pesky birds although both of them
are still trying it on with me!
The new pest
are motorbikes! – they have decided they are going to race around MY Field…. I
had to tell them off the other night.
I took Mum
and Dad out for a walk because the sun was still out, and I thought they needed
another run hahaha. We stopped at MY field and I jumped out of the truck and of
course Olga followed me, we chased off the furries who hadn’t expected me on
patrol again – Ha that showed them, I can turn up anytime.
We ran round
the track and onto the field, Dad had forgotten my Frisbee so I just chased the
pesky birds off, one of them started to wind Olga up, by flying low and landing
in front of her, and as soon as she got near they flew off again, she came back
to Mum crying saying the birdies were being nasty hahahaha.
Dad found a
ball and we we’re playing with that when I heard them – motorbikes- then I
spotted one whizz past us on the track, I woofed to warn it off but instead of
leaving it just stopped – looked at me- and then roared at me!! I wasn’t having
that so I set off up the field woofing at them, Dad shouted me back but I
wanted to let the bike know this was MY field, and if I remembered rightly I
hadn’t invited them on to it.
The motorbike
had an owner sat on its back which looked about the same age at little John, so
I ran up and ask it what it thought it was doing on my track. You will never
guess what it did – that’s right it roared back at me and then set off running.
I could still
hear Dad – and Mum at this point shouting me to come back, sometimes I think
only dolphins can hear Mum when she starts screeching, anyway I ran after it
and jumped across the ditch so I could face it. The motorbike’s owner saw me
jump across the ditch in front of him and he made the motorbike stop – he must
have told it off as well because as soon as I landed on the other side, the
motorbike shut up and went all quiet. HA Louis 1 – 0 Motorbike.
Olga finally
caught me up and said Mum and Dad were going to tell me off, but I said “No
they won’t I have just saved them from that monster” Olga tutted at me and ran
back to Mum. I wandered back to Dad very proud of myself.
But Dad told
me off!! I couldn’t believe it, he said I had acted like a
re-pro-bat-e I looked at him and said “Dad seriously do I
look like a bat!” – deary me Dad’s peepers are shocking. He was going on about
how I frightened the motorbike owner, and blar blar blar … I stopped listening
when I spotted a furry sneaking up on Dad, I kept nodding and saying “yeah yup,
ahha, ok,” so Dad thought I was listening, I but was really eyeing up my next
move.
Olga had also
spotted it and ran up woofing, honestly that girl has no stalking skills
whatsoever! I’m sure the furry clicked its heels together as it ran off –
backwards! – Olga didn’t catch it.
Anyway I
better let Mum have the laptop back
See you soon
Love Louis
and Olga

Hello Prince Louis and Princess Olga! My mum has only just found your blog and you've made her laugh every evening this week. I'm not quite as young as you 2 beautiful Dobes but I can still chase annoying furry and feathery things. In fact, only this morning I slunk up behind a baby pigeon and decided to carry it round the garden in my mouth until dad saw me. He shouted at me to leave it alone which of course I did. It was OK as it waddled off. We have other pests in the garden too. They're called rabbits and they steal my mum's grass. I keep an eagle on them and if they get too greedy, I do a not very girly growl followed by a scary (to them) chase round the garden. Anyway, keep blogging! We love it. Lots of love, Princess Audi (sometimes Princess Pushy) xxxx
Hi Princess Audi ..aka Princess Pushy .... omg you have furries as well, you're right they do steal the grass, we try to clear them off from MY field but they are so naughty and just keep coming back!
I'm glad your Mum is enjoying reading about my life, it did use to be lovely and peaceful until Olga came along!
Lots of Love Louis and Olga
