Happy New Year.... (not sure what that means but everyone has been saying it).

I thought I would let you all know how Olga is getting on and to also tell you let you know I think she is a little daft.... actually a lot daft.

Where do I start... well apart from her constantly swinging from my ears she's not too bad, she has tried to sneak into my bed when I wasn’t looking a couple of times, but I soon cleared her off, and I play this game at bedtime which is driving her mad, but it's funny. Basically Dad fluffs our duvets up and puts them back on our beds so they are nice and fluffy, when he does Olga's bed I step in it and flatten it down hahaha, she hates me doing it.

We've been on the beach everyday with Dad and she is coming back when Dad calls her... I taught her that :) yes I know clever Louis.

She has even tried to help me clear My Beach of all the birds, but she gets a little confused with what is actually a bird! I'll explain... we were chasing a big group of birds off the other day when she set off running in the opposite direction to me. I stopped and woofed at her asking where she was going, this is what happened next.

Louis: Wooffffff Olga where are you going?

Olga: I'm chasing this bird it's getting away stupid!

Louis: What bird?

Olga: This one quick help me its getting away!

So off I went to catch her up, now for a second I thought I must have missed one, but when I caught her up I still couldn't see what she was chasing.

Louis: Ollgaaaa where is this bird?

Olga: Gottcha,

she stamps her paw down in the sand

Olga: look fatso... I've caught it..

I went over and looked at her and still couldn't see this bird, she then lifted her paw up and said “There you go” I looked down and saw a feather! She has been chasing a feather down the beach, I stood there and was about to laugh at her, but then I thought I could have some fun with this if she thinks one feather is a bird.

So I said “Oh well done girl I almost missed that one!”. I then spotted another feather and said “Quick Olga there’s another one over there trying to get away, and she set off chasing it.. hahaha she ran for miles.

She also chases the sand when it blows because I told her that the beach is trying to run off as well... hahaha.. she is really daft, but whilst she is off running after sand and feathers she is not trying to pinch my sticks, so I get a bit of peace.

I must admit I think I am going to have to teach her a lot of things, because she doesn't seem to know much, take last night for instance, I was quietly watching the box in the corner with the little people in, whilst sat on the couch between Mum and Dad when she jumped up and started running round the lounge, Dad thought she wanted to go outside so he got up and took her to the back door, when he opened it there was a loud bang, a crackle and flashing lights, she was scared stiff and ran back inside. I went out to see what was going on and she was sat in the kitchen shaking. I asked her what was up with her and she said “The sky is falling in, did you not hear that bang, and the flashing light”, I laughed and said “Oh Olga it's not, it's just lots of people wanting my photo because I famous! You silly girl!, if you think back Mum makes us sit still and then there is a flash, it's just the same thing but because it's outside it makes a bang as well”. I told her that this is something I see everyday because I am soooo famous.

I don't think she believes me but as I am 2 now and I know better than her, she is going to have to take my woof for it.

One thing I am going to have to keep an eye on though is her recent need to cuddle my Mum, she actually jumped up on the couch and onto Mum's knee the other day, well I was gob smacked, Mum didn't push her off either!! I soon cleared her down, and sat on Mum, I think my Mum needs to grow a bit because you cannot see her when I having a cuddle hehehe... she whispered in my ear that I am still her puppy boy and she loves me soooooooo muchh. 

Ash I think I'm doing something wrong here!
