She's still here!!

Woof everyone, how are you all...

Well that Olga is still here, if I'm being honest she's not too bad, actually she is quite good fun sometimes that's when she's not swinging off my ears!

She's got My Mum and My Nana wrapped round her little paw! She gives the “aww look at me I'm such a cutie and such a good girl” look... pfft yeah right, well she wasn't that good today when she decided to run off on the beach! Dad shouted her and she ignored him.. ohmmm not a good idea Olga!

I stayed with Mum and just tutted at her naughtiness, she came back after the dog that she thought was looking at her funny barked back at her.. She came running up to me crying saying that a big dog had shouted at her, she wanted me to go up and tell it off. I said “Not a chance Olga you shouldn't run up to dogs barking they will bark back!, now shut up and behave”
She stayed next to Mum and kept looking at her, I think she wanted Mum to run after that dog and tell it off. My Mum said she was naughty and should listen and come back when she's called. I don't think she likes being on the naughty step... haha..

When we got back off the beach today Dad fitted some new round things to our truck, I didn't think they looked any different to the ones he took off, until I went to jump into the back, I had to do a really big leap up!... I didn't tell Olga that she had to jump higher when she came out, it was really funny watching her almost not making it into the back, she looked at me and said “ That was harder this time Louis, how come?” I said “You've put weight on fatty so you have to put more effort in” hahaha... she nipped my ear :(

We've been to Nana's (with the see through roof) today to watch the little people running round in the box in the corner.. I had a sleep with Nana on the sofa in the room with the see through roof, Olga stayed in the lounge and lead all over MY MUM! She was having her ears rubbed when Dad said “What on earth is that noise?” My Mum said “It's Olga she's snoring” Honestly you should hear her she sounds like a train!

Now everyone I have something to tell you all.......Olga …..killed something!!!!! in the house!!!!
I'll tell you all about it now....the other day Mum and Dad had to go out for our food, I didn't really want to go because we had just come back from the beach and it was cold and raining outside and I had just got all lovely and comfy and warm on the sofa.

Lovely and comfy after a long run on the beach.

So Dad said that I was in charge and I had to look after Olga. I must have nodded off because I was woken up by this noise upstairs that sounded like someone was jumping on the bed. I looked around and didn't see Olga anywhere, I thought I better go and have a look to see what she was doing. As I crept up the stairs I saw this thing come flying past me in the air, and it landed on the stairs in front of me, I then saw Olga running and jumping on it.. I woofed “Olga! She stopped dead in her tracks and said “Ohhh ermmm Hi Louis” I said “Don't Hi Louis me young lady what have you done?”
She said “Noothinnnggggg” Well when I looked again she had killed Little John's fluffy hat!

I said “Ohmmmmm you're in soooo much trouble, Little John is going to go mad you have killed his hat!” She then stood there and tried to deny it, I said “Olga you have some stuck between your toes, you cannot deny it's you” then I heard Mum and Dad's car, I thought I'm not sticking around to get told off for this, so I ran downstairs and jumped back on the sofa, I was quickly followed by Olga who jumped in her bed and pretended to be asleep!

Dad came in and went upstairs, then I heard him come down just as quick, he looked at me and said “Louis do you know anything about that mess upstairs?” I looked at him and then went and sat next to Olga's bed and sniffed her paw, Dad looked at her and noticed the bit of fluffy hat stuck between her toes.... I walked off, I didn't need to say another word.... Let's just say Olga wasn't a lovely pretty dog that day.

I have been getting some really funny emails from my mates here's one from Sheba and Ollie, they had been out on their racecourse, I'm still laughing at Ollie...

Hi there Louis and Lolly,

Greetings from the opposite side of the country, well sort of in the middle really. Ollie and Sheba here, just catching up on you Louis and we see you have a very special Christmas present, yes Olga! She's very pretty and quite dainty not big and strong like you so you have to look after her, and then you'll have so much fun.

It's nice being two Dobies together, you can spread the blame if you're naughty (not you Louis of course), and have so much fun out on walks together. You are lucky you have your beach, we don't have a beach we have a couple of racecourses! We're not sure if we are meant to race around them on our own but they are usually empty except when we occasionally see another dog, but as we don't see very many we think it might be there just for us. Lots of lovely smells, rabbits too, though they seem to be asleep when we go, and there's a fox too or there was and Ollie just loved rolling in the fox poo - honestly it was just like Chanel No.5 only for dogs!

Our Mum wasn't very charmed with the smell, we had to have all the windows in the car open all the way home - I can tell you that was a bit draughty, and then the indignity of it all we weren't allowed in until we'd been bathed in the garden. Very special shampoo as well Mum said, just for fox poo. Ollie was a bit naughty, he rolled in it 3 days running, don't know why Mum didn't like it, it smelled OK to me.

We've had lots of visitors and presents over Christmas (whatever that is), there were so many nice smelling things under the tree. We got 3 tennis balls each, but Ollie managed to split his 3, he likes the squishy noise it makes and I like to tease him by throwing mine around the house. He got another teddy this year, can't think why, he's still got last years, maybe it's because our Mum calls him her teddy boy! Honestly you should see our sofa when our Gran straightens the covers, she lines up all his toys - 2 teddies, a fat robin, a penguin and his tennis balls, there's hardly room for me and I'm only dainty like Lolly, they take up so much room, so then I throw them on the floor and we have mock fights, it's good fun.

We've had a lot of rain here, our garden looks a bit like the lake down at the racecourse though not quite so big, and Mum has had a very nasty cold, and done a lot of sneezing (we don't like that - we give her "the look" and she says sorry.) You were lucky to go up to FOND, we haven't been, our Mum goes up now and again to see Pam and John and sometimes collects a dog on the way who needs a new home.
Must go, Mum tells us all about your blog and shows our Gran and Mum's boys when they come, I love my Mike he's my favourite. Have a happy time together, chase some birds for us - we like to do that too.
Woof
from Sheba and Ollie

I better go now, I can hear her upstairs again...

Lots of Love
Louis and Olga the hat killer.

xxxxxxxxxx
