Wooffff hi everyone...
This week has been another rained off
week, honestly it's meant to be summer!!, however on the flip side
I've spent quite a lot of time on My Beach, and those birds have been
flying scared let me tell you!
I've got a new game as well which I
play with my Dad, he calls it 'fetch' I call it 'chasing the
waves'... hehe... how this game works is we walk down to the waves (
I have to stay on my lead, not a fan of I can tell you!), on the way
to the waves me and Dad look for big sticks, and if I find one I
carry it until we get to the water then I drop it and Dad throws it
really far into the waves.. and I then become 'Baywatch Louis' and chase
after it, sometimes the waves are deep and I have to dive under them
to catch my stick.. oh its really good fun, and very very tiring.
When Mum comes down with us, she tries to play as well.. but bless
her she has such a girly throw, and the stick only goes in the water
a little, but I make a real big deal about catching it, so she feels
better.. hehe sschhhh dont tell her though.
I've been to my Nannies as well the one
that lets me on the couch!, Dad's been doing work there, not sure
what it is but he's been covering her house in mud!, Little John
calls it render? No idea!
Anyway I've been playing in the back
garden (because they didn't need me as a joiner,) with nannies fluffy
dog... her name is Lidi ( I know how embarrassing must she feel when
Nannie stands at the back door shouting Lidi..Lidi.. haha well shown)
Now this dog is sooooo annoying, I think she has 'little dog
syndrome' because I've tried to play with her, you know doing all the
darting about and nudging her trying to get her to play.. but no all
she does is show her teeth to me..hahah like I'm scared of
her...stupid fluff ball, I show her by going and eating all her
treats and anything she has left in her bowl...oh and I drink all her
water HA!
This week Dad said I've been quite good
on my lead, but I'm still rubbish in the car :0( I don’t think he
understands, that when we set off for My Beach that I'm just that
excited.. so I normally get shouted at, but he's now started opening
the window a little so I can stick my head out... wow that's ace
because if I open my mouth just a little my cheeks puff out haha, and
my ears flap in the wind, but I'm still noisy :0( I think I'm going
to have to work on that one.. I've also had a pawdicure as well...oouu get me being pampered although I thought I was doing quite a good job myself biting them, but obviously not.. pawdicure...how gay!!
Anyway because I've been good Mum and
Dad have bought me this thing they call 'Ice Cream' Oh my goodness
it's amazing, I have my own tub and everything, sometimes Mum feeds
it to me on a spoon but Dad lets me eat it straight from the tub..
The only thing when I eat it from the tub I end up chasing it round
the floor because it won't stay still.. but I manage it :0)
I've also got another new bed! This one
is for upstairs so my Dad doesn’t have to carry my one from the
lounge each night, and I have a lovely new duvet and cover, I think
I'm a little spoilt hehehe..I think I'm going to count my wages to
see how much I have because it seems I may have some clothes to buy
from FOND.
Bye for now XXX

Hi Louis,
Boy! You do look as though you are experiencing an Ice Cream moment with Big John, what are your favourite flavours? Have you checked out this website (waggfoods.co.uk) they produce Panting Peanut Mutter, Oaty Pawfection and Chase your Tail Cheesecake varieties made especially for you canines that need that chilling out moment. I would advise that you go easy on the quanities or you'll loose that lovely trim figure you have there, though I expect that you get enough exercise clearing your beach of those pesky birds, doing your joinery work and chasing those sticks. unfortunately I can not view your recent video post as this is a works computer and they don't allow that sort of thing :o(
That Lady Lou of FOND has meant to reply to your challenge but life has been a little hectic of late up in FOND HQ so please forgive her, I'm sure she will put paw to laptop once things have calmed down a bit. Too many needy Dobes wanting to find their forever homes sadly.
Keep up the great blog news once you have prised the thing away from the humans.
bye for now,
Sue of FOND
Hi Louis,
Ollie and Sheba here, can you remember that far back when you stayed with us for a couple of days before going up to FOND HQ, boy were you noisy!!
We like ice cream too and we share our Mum and Gran's when they are eating their cornets.
We wish we had a beach where we could chase those dratted birds, we have to make do with the large black birds on the racecourse, but they never want to play they just fly away. I tried to catch a low flying swallow the other day, my Mum was not terribly impressed. We are both fed up of the rain and I don't know why Mum insists on us going out into our soggy gardenand as for the racecourse well it's just ridiculous we are soaked before we get 100 yards. Got to have our afternoon nap now, so go carefully with those big sticks, and we love your blog.
Bye for now
Ollie and Sheba
Hi Louis My name is Ash and I am also a FOND boy.I love your blog Mum reads it to me , she doesnt know I can sneak a look for myself. You and I would get on just fine, two of a kind. I dont get chance to chase the pesky birds on the beach as I live with a little stappet(part staffie part whippet) and she runs soo fast I dont get a look in. To make up for it I bark at all the ducks, swans, coots and anything else around. We go to the beach abd I also go to a field because my humans get upset as I go to see people in the far distance if we are out in a park they say not everyone likes to see a large Dobe charging towards them. Cant see the problem in being friendly myself, arent humans strange? Have a great holiday with Pam . Ash
