Woooooooofffff it's meeee Louis
Hi everyone, sorry I've not blogged for a while, I had been told to take it easy with my shoulder and everything, which is now fully better, so we've had to catch up of a good few jobs so the past few days have been quite a hectic time in Louis land.. gosh where do I start..
Well I guess work first.... I've been promoted to trainee joiner, as you can see from my photos, I have it down to a fine art, although I think Dad is a little jealous he cannot make the same pattens in the wood as I can.. he virtually said that same thing himself you can ask Little John, dad said "Louuuissss how have you done that? I needed that piece and now its full of teeth marks" I call it a feature and let me tell you it took some doing haha..
I've been on a new beach, well when I say beach it's more like a mud beach, as you can see from my bum!! Which of course dad made me put on here, I'm sure he is trying to make a show of me..
I've been to Nannies as well, that's where I am allowed on the couch...but only when Mum's not there hehe, although I think when she see's that photo she will have something to say, but really it is sooo comfy, I kind of go into a trance when I'm on there :0) plus I've found where she keeps all the treats!!! annnddd I can reach them myself... haha unlucky fluffy dog!
I've been to Nana's with the see through roof as well, and helped Dad fix something on the roof, to stop the water coming in.. of course I didn't go up the ladder... noooo.. I dont like heights. I also got a jumbone of Nana, she always has them in just for me.... so I've been stuffed lately wth all these treats...
I've been allowed back on My Beach, because the nice Doggie Doctor said I was allowed too, so I made Dad take me... those birds didn't know what had happened, I crept up like a lion and roared them away... well woofed but you know what i mean.. I also made a couple of friends who had the curliest hair everrrr hahaha... I couldn't stop laughing at them....well...when I say friends there was one dog that looked really hard which came up to me, I was going to woof, but thought better of it, he looked like he had come from the 'wrong side of the tracks' ..I have no idea what that means but Mum says it when she doesn't like someone...
However I think Mum was right because guess what this dog did... go on guess....nope... he didn't woof... you'll never guess... he stole MY BALL!!! yes my ball, so I looked at Dad and said "Well... what are you going to do about that!" Dad told me to go and get it back, but I thought nooooooo I'm not tackling a dog from the wrong side of the tracks...So I gave Dad the puppy Louis eye and he got it back for me :0)
Ohh yes I've also learnt something new, I can now SKYPE!!!... now... I know you are all thinking "wow whats Louis doing Skypeing" well my Mum was chatting to her/my laptop the other day and it was talking back!! So I deiced to see what she was doing, and I saw a lady in it, who said "Awwww Louisssss" well I looked at her and kissed the screen, Mum told me it was Kelly her best friend (mine now as well xx) and we chatted for a while, although I'm not sure how she fitted in the laptop or her house actually but she did..
So everything was going really well until last week... I'll explain...
My Mum left me for 4 days!! well left me and Dad, she had gone away with Kelly (the lady in the laptop), Mum said it was a girly weekend... ewwww all girls... But she came back and gave me big cuddles. When Mum got back Dad decided to play his "Lets leave Louis on his own game", I searched all over the house but he hid really well and I didn't find him till the next day... Mum kept saying he's gone fishing Louis... no idea what that means either, but I gave him a big cuddle when he came home... he smelt funny though...eww
So that brings me to today, it's been raining all day, so we haven't been to work, Dad took me to a new place for a run...IN THE RAIN... like come on Dad really! do I like going out in the rain... nooo i don't. But this place was good, because guess what was there.... hehehe.... rabbits!!! Wow they were super fast, I tried my best to catch one to play, but it ran into a prickly hedge, I ran round the other side but it didn't want to play. When we got home Dad went on his laptop and had a look at FOND, he started laughing and saying "Ohh Louis look at Lady Lou... so I got up and had a nosey... Dad said Ohh she's lovely and started to read what she had been up to.. I thought "yeah she's ok for a girllll", but then Dad said that Aunty Pam said she was faster than me!! seriously faster than me....
Well Lady Lou, if you fancy a race... I'm here and waiting and I will beat you paws down... HA!.. bring it onnnnnn...
Right the men with the ball are running in the TV thing, so I better get off...
Lots of Louis (who is soooooo much faster than Lady Lou)

Hi Louis,
Bet you don't remember us, Ollie and Sheba, you came to stay with us for a couple of days when our Mum went to collect you, before you went to FOND. Our Mum said you were very handsome, but we thought you were a bit noisy (to say the least!). Anyway our Mum has been reading your blog (?) and telling us how you are getting on. Our Gran thought you were very handsome too, and I thought I heard Mum say if she had a bigger car she would have kept you. You would have had to have been a bit quieter though, but you seem to have found a nice Mum and Dad and a nice beach (if it wasn't for those dratted birds). This is our Mum's first attempt at a Blog(?) so if it works we'll be in touch again. Bye for now.
Hi Louis,
Love the muddy bum! Reminds me of my dear girl Kodi when she had an "Accident" when the dasterly rabbit that she was giving chase to led her straight into a swampy dew pond, it leapt to one side but because of the speed that Kodi was going she was unable to turn quick enough and belly flopped spectacularly into the stinking quadmire. You should have seen the look on her face after she dragged herself out of the gunk. Unfortunately it was the quick setting variety of muddy cement which was next to impossible to clean off. She had to undergo the full shampoo and 7 rinse cycle of the human bath tub and shower when we got home. I had to use Zingy Ginger Shampoo on her to get rid of the stench. So you should be gratful that it was only your rear end and not the full body treatment.
Oh, I thought I would give you the heads up on a particular Dobie coat that will be available on the FOND website come the Autumn that would be perfect for you in your new role as trainee joiner. Keep your eyes open for your official work uniform, it will also keep you dry and lovely and warm whilst you are forfilling your duties on the building sites with Big John.
Glad your shoulder is recovering well so you can keep us all entertained out here in cyber-space with your antics and wisdom of life as a working Dobe.
Looking forward to your next blog entry, that's if you can tear yourself away from those lovely Sofa cuddles whilst the men with the funny ball are running round inside that box in the corner.
Cheerio Louis from Sue Henschker Of FOND.
Hey Ollie and Sheba, sorry for not replying sooner, it' been hectic keeping those birds at bay... Of course I remember you two, how are you doing?.. me noisy!! never!! haha although I do sometimes make my mum jump when I shout, I'm not sure I know how to be quiet, it's probably because I've got so much to say and I need to say it all at once... just in case I forget.
Your Mum has very good taste saying I'm handsome hahah,.. my nana with the see through roof calls me that, aww give your Gran a big sloppy kiss for me..and your mum, and tell your mum she has done a brilliant job at her first blog. :0) xxxx
Hi Sueeeeee, deary me my Mum know's how to show me up sometimes, fancy putting a picture up of my muddy bum, that will teach me for leaving my laptop open... but you're right, that mud took some shifting I almost had to have 2 bath's, it's a good job my Mum bought me some woof'n'go for brunettes, (although I like to say I'm more tan than brown), it soon shifted that mud. I was rather worried that I might have to be put in the washey spinney thing like the clothes!! Phew glad that was avoided.
I'm also keeping a look out on FONDS website for this said work coat, I think I will look quite fetching in a nice coat.. Plus like you say it will keep me warm, although all this joinery work, moving and burying wood does keep me warm.
Love and big woofs from Louis.XX
