Day One …On our way to Auntie Pam’s

Wooffff Everyone….

Guess where I’ve been??? Yes…. Scotland to see Auntie Pam and my FONDS friends!! It’s been brilliant!

We set off when Mum got home from work, earlier on me and Dad had got our house on wheels ready and Olga finally picked which toys she wanted to take and which duvet cover she wanted on her bed, she has got a thing for her pink cover because she thinks she’s a princess! She’s clearly nothing like a princess although I don’t know what one is but I’m sure they don’t trump as much as she does! I told her not to be trumping as much as she normally does when we are away because our house on wheels is not as big as our normal house, it’s a lot smaller! She said she was going to wait till I was asleep and then trap me under the duvet! She really is horrible!

I made sure all my coats were packed because I heard Mum say it was going to be cold, and since Mr Stefano pulled my fur out it’s taking ages to grow back, and just when I think it is he goes and pulls it out again when he wants to spin my blood. Dad packed all my sweeties which I have to take some in a morning and some before tea. I like some of them, but some are a bit yucky. He also packed my chappie which I have with my tea, ohhhhh it’s lovely.

When we take our house on wheels anywhere something really strange happens, we all get in the car and get ready to go and when I look out of the window, it looks like we are moving, but the house on wheels never seems to come any closer or any further away, it just sits on the back of our car hanging on! I’ve tried to work it out but I just cannot fathom it. Olga thinks our house on wheels holds on to the back of our car because it’s scared to be left on its own.. jeezzz she’s stupid.

We stopped a couple times on the way up for a wee, and boy you could tell we were getting closer to Auntie Pam’s because it was getting really cold, I tell you what I was glad of my coat! After what felt like ages Dad found a spot for us to have a bit of a sleep, so we all climbed into our house on wheels and had a nap, when it got light we set off again, I can tell you I was sooo excited to see Auntie Pam, and I knew she would still love me even with my missing hair, only this time most of it wasn’t my fault!

When we set off again Dad asked the lady in the little box to find the quickest way to the Mill of Nethermill, she is always really friendly when she asks Dad to turn here or turn there, but he started shouting at her because she didn’t know about all the bollards on the road which he said made him take the wrong turning! I think don’t think it was her fault, I think it was Dad’s because he was too busy talking to Mum about a new truck and missed where he was meant to go!

It wasn’t long before I got a familiar wiff that almost turned my stomach, yup, Olga had trumped! I asked Dad to crack a window because I was about to pass out! Dad must have smelt her as well because he opened both windows in the car and I stuck my head out. The air was really cold but lovely, and I knew we were almost there because I could smell the sea! Once we got to the top of this massive hill I spotted the Mill of Nethermill and MY BEACH! – I was that excited I stood on Olga’s ear trying to get a better view, I shouted “Olga Olga come and look” she shouted “I will if you get off my ear fat boy!” hahah whoops.

Dad carefully drove us into the field, and let us out of the car, I had a bit of a jog round to check everything was ok, and Olga ran straight down onto the beach, me and Dad followed her and before you could say “Don’t get wet Olga” she was in the sea diving under the waves! I had a little paddle, but because my paws are a little bit sore I didn’t fancy going any deeper, plus I’m not as mad as her!

Tomorrow we were going to Auntie Pam’s, so I was going to have an early night, so once we had gotten tea sorted and I’d had all my sweeties I settled down for the night.

To be continued hehehehehe love Louis and Olga.
