Happy Kissey Day xxxxx

Wooofffffffffff everyone…

Happy Kissey Day J

Mum is very happy today, me and Dad oh and Olga! went out early this morning for our run/walk on my field, and on the way back I reminded Dad he needed to get some of the smelly flowers for Mum otherwise he’ll be in the human house! It’s a good job Dad has me at times, because he would have forgotten. I also need to have a chat to him later about making a right show of me in the street – as you know I’m a big strong Dobie (most of the time) and I have a street cred to keep up, well this morning as we were getting in the car, I spotted the ginger furry that lives near us, sat on the wall near our house. I was about to give her big WOOF when Dad lifted me up and put me in the back of the car!! – the shame of it, I heard her start laughing and calling me an old dog, she said “Just wait till the gang hear about this, look at the state of you all bald like an old dog! – well just you wait ginger till I’m fully fit again you won’t laugh at me then.

I’m feeling a little bit better today, obviously I’m still tired a lot but it’s great to be home, although Dad has clearly forgotten all the rules! He knows if he goes out of the room I need to know about it, he cannot just disappear – we’ve had this talk sooo many times before, that includes when he goes to the loo, but he’s just getting up and wandering off which then means I have to get up and follow him, I’m not getting as much rest as I need!

Olga is just as bad! She has clearly forgotten her role in this household, which I had to remind her – I always lie against the heated walls things, I always have most of the poorly duvet, and Dad always strokes me first and she has to wait. It seems whilst I was at Rutland she thought she was top dog and when I have my -lie upside down - time with Dad – she does it as well!!! That will have to stop now I’m back, don’t get me wrong she can have cuddles and stuff – but only after me!

Me and Dad are having a Dad and Lad day today, we are watching the box in the corner with the little men running round chasing the ball, then we are going to make a fire and watch a film and have some treats. Mum has been shopping and when I checked all the bags I sniffed out some liver and chicken – so I cannot wait for tea tonight! She also bought me 2 new duvet covers as well, doggie ones!!! So I’ll have a lovely new bed again tonight.

I’m still on all my tablets which I think I’m going to need for quite some time, and I think Mr Stefano will take some weaning off me - he really loves me hehehe, and all the Not-Nicky's love me as well – I’m not surprised really hahaha.

Mum went to see MY Nicky when we got back from Rutland on Friday and told her how I was doing, she asked if I can nip in and see her next week, I’ll make sure Dad stops for a few mins when we come back so I can give her a big cuddle, Mum told me she saved me – I’m not sure what she did but I do know she called Mr Stefano and told him he had to see me, so I owe her big kisses.

Also to all my friends please make sure your Mum and Dad check your chops! I don’t want any other dog to go through what I’m going through, it’s really not very nice at all. Mine are starting to look a bit better if you had seen them last week they were pure white with a hint of yellow!

See you soon

Love Louis and Olga xxx
